Where could I try REZIN's frames ?
You will be able to try our frames in our retailers store (find the closest one from your place here). You can also give us a visit to our Showroom in Paris by taking an appointment by phone. You will discover the entire collection and we will be very happy to have a coffee with you !
My favorite frame is not available :( , what should I do?
Your dream frame is not available anymore ? Don’t panic ! Do not hesitate to contact one of our retailer, maybe he has one left ! If not, please give us a call to be aware of the upcoming availability in stock.
Where do you make your frames ?
Our collections are handmade in our partner’s workshops located in Hong Kong.
What kind of lenses are used for REZIN's sunglasses ?
All our sunglasses lenses come from Carl ZEISS, German manufacturer known for its quality. All our lenses are Cat. 3, and assure a 100% protection (UV400).
Are my eyes well protected?
The answer is yes! Our sunglasses are perfect for traveling, tanning under the sun or walking through mountains. For your information, lenses Cat. 4 (higher sun filtration rate) are recommended only in case of extreme brightness. For mountaineering !
How can I adjust my frames ?
Wood is a natural material that must not be heated, twisted or bent. We use so-called "flexible hinges" to keep the glasses on the face. We recommend that you do not try to adjust the branches to the length of your face in an optician, to avoid damaging them. However, the frames in Acetate, Carbon or Titanium are adjustable, ask your optician!
Which glasses should I choose according to my face?
Our collections are mixed. Most of our designs are suitable for both men and women. However, it is better, depending on the shape of your face, to refer to the dimensions of the glasses, available in each product description.
Can I have corrective lenses on a REZIN wooden frame?
It is possible to mount corrective lenses on all the frame of the collection, except extreme correction. Do not hesitate to contact us with your prescription to find out more.
Are your glasses waterproof?
The glasses are made to withstand water. They will not be affected by splashing. Immersion is possible but for a short time. Rezin is not responsible for any damage related to the prolonged immersion of a pair of glasses.
Wood is alright, but Carbon, Titanium, Acetate ... What exactly are those ?

How to take care of my glasses?

How long does my basket is saved ?
Your basket will be saved for a maximum of 14 days.
Is online payment secure?
We do not share the personal information of our customers. Paygreen, a well-known and secure payment platform, is our trading intermediary. Do not hesitate to refer to the payment terms for further information.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. The delivery is free in Metropolitan France and is charged 12 € in Europe and DOM-TOM. In the rest of the world, a contribution of 15 € will be asked during the payment process.
What is the delivery time ?
Your frame will be delivered 4 to 6 working days from the date of purchase.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our frames pass a quality test. However, you have a period of 1 year after reception to contact us if you notice a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not take into account the damage caused by clumsiness or accident. Only Rezin customer service will have the ability to determine whether the product is covered by the warranty or not.
Can I return my glasses if they do not suit me?
You have 30 days, upon reception, to return your glasses if they do not please you or if the size does not suits you. The glasses must be sent back in their initial packaging. You can either exchange them for another frame or get a refund. Please give us a call if you have any question ! In case of return for repair, please attach the return slip to your package. The reparation is charged 15 € if the damage is on the branch, 30 € if the damage concerns the face. Please attach a check for the corresponding amount, payable to "SARL REZIN".
